Lula Kiah, AICI CIP - President Elect
Lula Kiah, AICI CIP, has been a Personal Branding Strategist, Certified Executive Presence Coach, and Image Consultant Trainer for 25+ years. She’s the founder/president of Style Innovators, an internationally respected consulting firm in New York, Chicago, and Denver.
Style Innovators workshops and seminars have reached people and companies in 36 countries. Lula Kiah hosted a weekly style segment on Univision for seven years, and she’s a regular contributor to print publications, radio, and TV, including ABC.

Erika Bailon - Treasurer
Is an image consultant committed to using her expertise with purpose, integrity, and intention. Four years ago, she began her journey in the field by taking a personal pledge to help others express their best selves through image. Since then, she has dedicated her career to empowering individuals and professionals by building meaningful personal brands and promoting confidence from the inside out.
Today, she not only guides clients in refining their visual identity but also mentors the next generation of image consultants, encouraging them to serve with both skill and heart.
Claudia Amezcua - VP Communications
Claudia Amezcua is a certified image consultant who was always intrgued at how executive presence influences growth in the corporate ladder. She has worked at a top Business School for more than 17 years preparing MBA students to get the job of their drreams. There, she learned that personal image and executive presence are key to have a succesful professional career. She got a certification as image consultant and in Executive Presence and has given talks in many Universities nationwide. Claudia has also given workshops in executive presence in different companies. She has established dress codes to reflect the company´s culture. Claudia gives personal image consulting to individual customers.
She has also been a consultant for different companies in topics as brand positioning, and has worked as commercial director in a recognized women fashion brand.
Monica Elizondo - VP Social Media
Mónica Elizondo is an image consultant with a foundation in law and over five years of experience as a professional makeup artist. She holds diplomas in physical image and verbal and non-verbal communication.
Mónica has also served as a judge for beauty pageants, showcasing her eye for elegance, presentation, and personal style.
Christine Buss - VP Philanthrophy
Christine Buss is an executive coach and image consultant with a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, advanced certifications in wellness coaching, and a diploma in International and Business Etiquette from Institut Villa Pierrefeu in Switzerland. As founder of Authentic Poise, she helps clients build confidence, credibility, and presence by integrating leadership development, personal branding, and modern etiquette. Christine draws on her background in organizational leadership and corporate strategy to guide individuals navigating transition and growth. In her role as Vice President of Membership for AICI USA, she is dedicated to fostering a dynamic, inclusive community of image professionals committed to elevating the standards and impact of the industry.
Adriana Cabeza - VP Business Development
Adriana Cabeza is a seasoned professional with experience in economics, business, and corporate sectors across various industries and countries. She worked on market studies of the Colombian textile industry and attended fashion shows in Colombia and Barcelona, Spain. After 15 years in the field, she realized that the success of many professionals relied on elements related to executive presence and soft skills. To help others improve their potential skills, Adriana became a certified Personal and Corporate Image Consultant. With 5 years of consulting experience, Adriana values innovation in services that can save time and costs for her clients. She has given workshops and seminars to professionals, been a columnist in “Evolucionando para el Éxito Magazine” in Florida, USA, and hosted online seminars and workshops for professionals in podcast social media in Argentina.
Lisa Andreola-Kelly - VP Events
Lisa Andreola-Kelly served as a VP of Human Resources at Comcast until 2016. In that role Lisa was responsible for leading HR initiatives including employee relations, strategic business partner and ally, business consultant, culture and change steward and leader and advocate for talent acquisition and development. She was instrumental in partnering with leadership to drive advertising sales.
Lisa holds a BS degree in Human Resources and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Rosemont College in Pennsylvania. Lisa was also a graduate of the prestigious Betsy Magness Leadership Institute, a signature program from Women in Cable Telecommunications.
In preparation for her second career and realizing her dream of being a Fashion Stylist, Lisa expanded her knowledge base and received a Certificate of Completion from the NYC Image Consultant Academy for successfully completing the Be an Image Consultant training program. Lisa believes womens clothing offers us the potential to reinvent ourselves a little bit each time we get dressed to look, feel and be the best version of ourselves.
Lisa also completed the Going Virtual Fashion Stylist program with The Style Core and is currently a fashion stylist apprentice for The Style Core. Lisa’s goal is to create her own thriving online image consulting and fashion styling business that will launch soon. Her priority will be assisting women on how to create ageless personal style in their 50’s and beyond.

Julie Branden - VP Marketing
Julie Branden, AICI CIC, is the Chief Executive Officer of JPBranden Image Consulting and proudly holds the title of the first International Certified Image Consultant in Louisiana, as designated by the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI). With over 20 years of experience, Julie is truly an image maestro!
Her expertise in image consulting and executive coaching, combined with an unwavering commitment to customer service, has established her as a formidable presence in the industry. Renowned for her work with high-profile clients and professionals in the service sector, Julie possesses a unique talent for enhancing their image and fostering personal growth. Additionally, she is the creative mind behind Accelerate 2.0, which provides rapid results for a wide range of audiences.
Julie is an alumna of the London Image Institute and a certified corporate consultant through Illustra Business School, a distinction that underscores her exceptional skills as an executive presence and leadership consultant. She also holds both DBE and MBE certifications in Louisiana. As an active member of the Chamber of Commerce and The Fashion Group International, she is the Founder of the Diva Dolls Girls Enrichment Program and serves as the Executive Director of Fashion Week Lake Charles.
Dra. Valiushka Tibisay Torres - VP of VP COMMUNITY REACH
Dra. Valiushka Tibisay Torres Monserratt is a certified Personal and Corporate Image Consultant, Personal Shopper, and Event Production Specialist, with a multidisciplinary background that bridges healthcare, coaching, and aesthetics. With training in neuroscience, emotional sustainability, and communication, she brings a holistic approach to personal image and professional presence.
She is also a speaker, radio host, and wedding and event planning expert, known for helping individuals and brands align their inner essence with their external image across Latin America and beyond.
Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English, Valiushka is passionate about empowering people to project confidence, purpose, and authenticity through their personal and professional style.
Cristina Reátegui -VP Operations
Cristina Reátegui, the founder of Esencia Asesoría de Imagen, has over 30 years of professional experience working with color, proportions, and shapes. She is an accomplished Interior Designer, Set Designer, and certified Image Consultant. With 15 years of experience in visual merchandising at a retail corporation, Cristina decided to fully dedicate herself to her passion for helping people shine by undergoing an interior and exterior transformation process.
Nelly Villarroel
Chemical Engineer and Image Consultant graduated from the London Image Institute and certified by AICI as an Image Professional (CIP).
I love mathematics and logical analysis, and I am always looking for ways to relate and teach the different contents of our profession in an objective way. I mainly focus on color analysis, and I am convinced that it involves a lot of science, numbers, and objectivity. Additionally, I specialize in AICI Certification processes, at the first and second levels, CIC, and CIP.
Rebecca Doster - VP of Membership
Rebecca Doster is an internationally certified Image Consultant, Master Trainer, Color Expert and mentor/coach to aspiring stylists and image consultants based in Athens, Georgia. As the founder of Refine Image Consulting, she empowers individuals to embrace authenticity, develop confident personal style, and show up with clarity and purpose in every area of life. With over two decades of experience in the fashion and image industries, Rebecca’s background includes leadership roles with brands like Neiman Marcus, Gap, and DKNY, where she specialized in retail development, team training, and high-profile client styling. Her expertise also spans fashion show production, photography, garment design and construction, and soft skills coaching. Rebecca is triple-certified through London Image Institute, Fashion Stylist Institute, and ByFERIAL Image & Color Institute. She is a certified color expert in 4X4 Color System (16 Seasons)® and has proudly served in leadership roles with AICI, including Southeast Chapter President and VP of Membership. Maida Stevenson - VP of Education
Fashion Stylist and Image Designer, trained in India and Italy, with a specialization in makeup and hair. She has advised various Chilean artists on aesthetics, makeup, and styling.
She is the founder of Lúcuma Tienda, a Chilean brand with national production that promotes local design.
Lisa K. Ford - VP of Member Relations Coordinator
I am a Certified Image Consultant, Certified Color Analyst, and owner of Invent Your Image since 2007 dedicated to assisting my clients express their authentic style with confidence. I have served on the Florida Chapter board and the Southeast Region board since 2010.
